与此同时,我们也清醒地认识到,在快速增长的进程中,平台面临着诸多挑战与考验。行业层面,采购咨询服务数字化转型加速,市场竞争日趋激烈,同类平台迭代升级步伐加快,用户对采购咨询服务的专业性、高效性、个性化需求不断提升,对平台的服务能力和创新水平提出了更高要求;运营层面,随着用户规模持续扩大,服务体量大幅增加,平台在服务响应效率、个性化服务适配、技术系统承载能力等方面出现了阶段性短板,部分环节的服务衔接不够顺畅,一度影响了平台增长节奏;面对上述挑战,EPCS平台运营团队不避难点、主动作为,迅速梳理问题根源,制定针对性解决方案,通过一系列扎实有效的工作,推动平台增长逐步回归正轨、稳步向好。
强化技术赋能,对平台核心系统进行迭代升级,优化系统架构,提升系统承载能力和运行稳定性,同时引入智能化工具,简化采购咨询流程,提升服务高效性,助力用户降低采购成本、提高采购效率;
优化服务体系,完善服务标准和流程规范,加强服务团队专业培训,提升团队的采购咨询专业能力、问题解决能力和服务意识,针对不同行业、不同类型用户的个性化需求,推出定制化咨询服务方案,提升用户体验和满意度;
深化用户协同,建立常态化用户沟通机制,主动倾听用户诉求,及时回应用户关切,妥善解决用户在使用平台过程中遇到的各类问题,同时收集用户意见建议,将其融入平台优化和服务升级的全过程,进一步增强用户粘性和认可度;
夯实运营基础,梳理平台运营各环节短板,优化资源配置,加强风险防控,完善应急预案,提升平台应对市场变化和突发情况的能力,确保平台运营稳健有序。
通过以上举措,平台逐步化解了发展中的各类难题,扭转了阶段性发展困境,重新步入快速增长的良性轨道,各项运营指标均实现稳步提升。

First and foremost, on behalf of the EPCS Platform Operations Team, we would like to express our most sincere gratitude to all our users for your long-standing attention, support, and recognition of the platform’s development. Since its official launch, the EPCS platform has consistently upheld the core philosophy of “professional empowerment, efficient collaboration, and value symbiosis,” dedicating itself to the field of procurement consulting services. After four years of refinement and development, the platform has now successfully entered a mature operational phase, establishing a stable service system, a clear development path, and a solid user base. It has become a highly competitive professional platform in the field of procurement consulting services.
The year 2025 marked a critical juncture in the fourth year of EPCS’s operations, and a pivotal year for achieving rapid growth as outlined in our strategic plan. Building on the foundation of our mature development phase, we capitalized on the technological advantages, service experience, and user resources accumulated over the previous three years. By seizing opportunities and making targeted breakthroughs, we achieved phased results in multiple dimensions, including expanding service coverage, growing our user base, enhancing service quality, and advancing digital capabilities. The platform’s overall development demonstrated a steady upward trajectory and accelerating growth, successfully meeting our annual growth targets and further consolidating the platform’s industry standing in the field of procurement consulting services.
At the same time, we are keenly aware that this rapid growth has not been without its challenges and trials. At the industry level, the digital transformation of procurement consulting services is accelerating, market competition is intensifying, and peer platforms are iterating and upgrading at a faster pace. Users’ demands for professionalism, efficiency, and personalized procurement consulting services continue to rise, placing higher expectations on the platform’s service capabilities and innovation. At the operational level, as the user base continues to expand and service volume increases significantly, the platform has encountered short-term bottlenecks in areas such as service response efficiency, personalized service adaptation, and technical system capacity. In some areas, service衔接 was not seamless, which temporarily affected the platform’s growth momentum. In response to these challenges, the EPCS Operations Team faced them head-on, proactively identifying root causes and formulating targeted solutions. Through a series of solid and effective measures, we successfully steered the platform’s growth back onto a stable and positive track.
Key measures included:
Strengthening technological empowerment: We iteratively upgraded the platform’s core systems, optimized system architecture, and enhanced system capacity and operational stability. We also introduced intelligent tools to simplify procurement consulting processes, improve service efficiency, and help users reduce procurement costs while increasing efficiency.
Optimizing the service system: We refined service standards and process specifications, strengthened professional training for service teams, and enhanced their expertise in procurement consulting, problem-solving capabilities, and service mindset. To address the personalized needs of users across different industries and scenarios, we launched customized consulting service solutions to improve user experience and satisfaction.
Deepening user collaboration: We established regular user communication mechanisms, proactively listened to user feedback, promptly addressed user concerns, and effectively resolved various issues encountered during platform usage. User suggestions were incorporated into the platform optimization and service upgrade processes, further enhancing user engagement and recognition.
Consolidating operational foundations: We reviewed weaknesses across all operational aspects, optimized resource allocation, strengthened risk prevention measures, and improved emergency response plans. Through these initiatives, the platform gradually resolved various development challenges, overcame temporary setbacks, and returned to a healthy trajectory of rapid growth, with all key operational indicators steadily improving.
Looking ahead to 2026, this year represents both a critical period for consolidating the achievements of the platform’s mature phase and a pivotal year for achieving the dual goals of “rapid growth and quality improvement.” Standing at this new starting point, we will draw on the experiences of 2025, address existing shortcomings, and leverage the advantages of our mature development phase. In 2026, the EPCS platform will focus on the core objectives of “rapid growth and quality improvement” and advance three key areas of work:
Expanding service coverage: We will continue to broaden the application scenarios of procurement consulting services, deepen our presence in core industries, and explore potential user segments to further expand the user base and drive steady and rapid growth in platform business volume.
Deepening quality and efficiency improvements: We will continue to optimize the platform’s technical systems, enhance intelligent capabilities, refine service standards and processes, and strengthen professional development within our service teams. These efforts will elevate service quality and efficiency to new heights, ensuring that “quantitative growth” and “qualitative improvement” go hand in hand.
Strengthening innovation-driven development: Focusing on industry trends in procurement consulting, we will actively explore new models and methods in digital and intelligent procurement consulting. By introducing more innovative services tailored to user needs, we will further enhance the platform’s core competitiveness and consolidate our industry position.
